How it works

Subtract clock-in from clock-out, remove unpaid breaks, and multiply by your hourly rate. Shifts that pass midnight are handled automatically.

Formula

Hours = (Clock out − Clock in − Break) ÷ 60 · Pay = Hours × Rate

Example

9:00 AM to 5:30 PM with a 30-minute break is 8 hours. At $20/hour that's $160 per shift, or $800 for 5 days.
